ARTIST PROFILE

Hi there, my name is Briana and I would like to welcome you to my portfolio and provide you with a little more information about me! I currently work in the theatre industry and am on my way to becoming a certified tattoo artist. The main point that I would like you to take away from my portfolio is that I am striving to be a more environmentally friendly artist. I also love experimenting with new mediums and surfaces as I am always looking for new ways to grow. I have already discovered there are many eco-friendly tattoo materials! I graduated from undergraduate university in May 2022 with a Bachelors degree in Theatre Art and a concentration in technical theatre and fine art. For my senior thesis, I had the opportunity to create an immersive theatre experience where I gave trees in my campus's arboretum the voice to share the impacts of climate change. This was an incredibly special way to complete my education and share my hard work. 

Traveling is another passion of mine. I take inspiration away from my experiences, such as when I spent six months in Germany, solely immersing myself in the culture, improving my German-speaking skills, exploring the beautiful country, and experiencing art, theatre, and music festivals at their finest.
